I am a partner at McKinsey & Company, based
in New York. As the core leader of McKinsey’s Strategy and
Corporate Finance practice, I advise and serve clients on topics
such as: value creation, corporate strategy, investor relations,
dividend/share repurchase policy and mergers and acquisitions
(M&A).
My passion is helping companies become more long-term oriented in
their value creation approach. Consistent with that passion, I have
co-authored the books, Valuation: Measuring and Managing the Value
of Companies (the 7th edition will be published in May 2020) and
Value: The Four Cornerstones of Corporate Finance.
I founded our firm’s hub for financial and capital markets analysis
and valuation, and also founded McKinsey on Finance, our firm’s
quarterly corporate finance publication. I frequently lecture on
finance topics at business schools including Chicago Booth,
Northwestern, Tuck, Columbia, and INSEAD.
